Printing machines:
This machine prints many copies of the printed material up to 1000 copies in four colors so that each color is done separately. Therefore, printing 200 copies would not be economically viable. This machine measures 70 × 100.
This machine prints in 4 colors where each color is printed separately. It measures A3 and is smaller than the previous machine.
These machines print one black color in large quantities that it prints 60 copies per minute.
This machine prints materials using full colors, once and in small quantities, below 300 copies.
* Technical binding
The staff in charge of the technical binding does the binding process for the university's books, banners, and certificates in the hard cover.

Following the directions of the president of the University on highlighting the conferences, workshops, meetings and partnerships held at Yarmouk University for the purpose of enhancing cooperation with the various institutions and agencies worldwide, the Department of Public Relations and Media issues Yarmouk Newsletter after its last issue of 2005. This will have an impact on strengthening the academic reputation of the University on both the local and international levels.
Yarmouk Newsletter covers the most important news at the University, and shows the relations between the University and various educational institutions, universities, embassies and other agencies worldwide. Its main purpose is keeping you updated with the news of the University.

Quality assurance in relation to human resources:
Improving the performance of the department's staff and raising their efficiency with regard to receiving guests and visitors to the university and accompanying them throughout their presence at the university, which reflects the bright image of the university. This is done by involving employees in specialized courses in the field of public relations and the art of dealing with the public and increasing the number of qualified employees in proportion to the increased workload during recent periods.
Quality assurance in relation to community development:
Expanding relations with official institutions, the local community and scientific institutions by holding meetings and inviting decision makers in these institutions to participate in the university's various activities in its respective fields.
Activating the role of the university in the local community and contributing to its development through meeting university officials with these events to demonstrate the role of the university and its importance in the development of society. This includes holding meetings with school students in different provinces of the Kingdom, especially high school students to introduce them to the various programs offered by the university and the system of admission and registration in addition to the system of the approved hours in force at the university.
Quality assurance in relation to the infrastructure:
Building and establishing a database with many lists that include institutions, official bodies, ministries, embassies, scientific institutions and banks so that it is easy for the university units to obtain through a specific link and in coordination with the University's Computer and Information Center.
Quality assurance in relation to universality:
Reactivating the screening of the university's documentary film for the university's delegations and visitors and qualifying the exhibition hall in the department by providing a modern display screen and adapting the hall and preparing it to receive visitors.
Yarmouk University’s interest in its graduates comes in the context of its care and interest in them since the first day of their enrollment in its various faculties and academic programs. This interest and follow-up to their affairs is reinforced as they bear witness to its achievements and success that extends for decades until they became its source of pride.
Yarmouk University, through the Alumni Affairs section in the Department of Public Relations and Media, considers these graduates as ambassadors for Jordan and for it, in the various countries and locations in which they occupy based on its role and the philosophy of its mission in terms of education, development and community service.
The number of the university graduates since the first cohort in 1980 has reached 180,763 graduates of various degrees, including 13,290 international graduates representing 77 countries around the world.

Media Section:
It has three branches:
1. Press Editorial and Monitoring Branch: it performs the following tasks:
* Following up the official daily newspapers, and the electronic news.
* Keeping an electronic copy of any news about Yarmouk University, or higher education issues in general.
* Sending the electronic version of the press report to the president and the president deputies, deans and directors.
The branch performs the following tasks:
The branch publishes advertisements issued by the university in the public media inside and outside Jordan and scrutinizes the financial claims related to them. The branch works on:
The branch also publishes and follows-up the ads of the tenders, jobs and others in the local daily and Arab newspapers.
4. Electronic Media and Multimedia.
This branch is responsible for publishing the university news and advertisements through the social media.
In order to achieve the goals of the Fund, its financial assets have been distributed among a variety of economic sectors in order to come up with the best returns possible and keep to a minimum investment risks. Thus, the Fund undertakes to do the following:
1) Buy and sell immobile property and exploit it in a manner that fits the Fund's interests.
2) Buy and sell companies' shares and debt bonds issued by the Government and guaranteed by it inside and outside the Kingdom of Jordan.
3) Investing in the Fund's assets by depositing them in special savings accounts in banks or in any other projects with guaranteed returns.
4) Searching for investment journals of interest for the fund.
